The critical idea is to enable one of hundreds of shapes to be chosen, recolored, re-shaped and then adorned with appropriate text. The key to all this is the animation capbility inherent in Flash – many Flash developers have done parts of this operation. But what is fascinating is how the new Flash CS3 with components makes it even more convenient (see the color picker and list of font styles). Animation is on steroids with each version of Flash. Animations are becoming standalone Apps.
